Your role As Legal Expert in the Legal Distribution Team, you are responsible for the follow-up and the respect by the Client of the legislation and regulations regarding the insurance distribution, in contact with internal departments (eg. sales forces) and external parties (eg brokers). You are among others responsible for advice and support to other departments, establishment and approval of documents, procedures and instructions, management of issues and litigations with our intermediairies, complaint management, approval of direct marketing actions done by intermediaries, collection of relevant legal information, ...
Your profile
Master in law Specialisation in : commercial law, distribution legislation/regulations, consumer protection Minimum 3 Y experience within these legal and/or compliance domains
Fluent Dutch & French. Comprehensive knowledge of English
